The amount of dice varies on a handful of factors depending on the character, but essentially each round provides the players with dice which are then used to initiate abilities (which are treated as loot). Battles are turn-based and decided by the luck of random dice rolls. One of the simple beauties of Dicey Dungeons is how the dice rolling mechanics stay the same but each character uses them so uniquely. On top of this, there are a ton of smaller interactions between dice, enemies, and loot that are downright exciting to discover on your own. Then I realized that depriving the player of those moments, while technically a faster and more straightforward way of approaching teaching, is basically robbing them of those small accomplishments. I found myself asking “Why is this happening? Where did that come from? What does this button do?” However, it never took too long for the answers to reveal themselves. Seriously, I cannot understate how different every class feels, it is incredible.Īt first, I felt as if the game should have had an introduction to each character’s mechanics. There are six classes to select from and each one plays very differently. To win, they must defeat monsters along the way while growing in power, culminating in a boss fight on the final floor. The player characters enter a dungeon, after being turned into literal dice, for a chance to win a very special (to them) prize. Dicey Dungeons is a rogulike/lite/whatever with a game show set dressing.

Towing with a rope or chain on the public roads? Only on the very rarest of emergencies and only with the proper amount of "coverage" (read: a third car to cover our collective backsides). Then there's a group that does both.I've towed cars with my 4-wheeler but usually with a warm body in the car and only around the pit/paddock or at home. This thread is becoming pointless - there is the school of "Yo, I be towing with what I gots - I haz mad skillz so it's not a prob" then there's the school of "Tow safely or not at all". chances are if you need to tow more then mentioned. for more intense towing, wrap around control arms/subframe, rear beam, etc. hell, even pulling though a foot of snow, stock tow hooks are ok. What's interesting is that no one has mentioned the two eyelets that are part of the front subassembly that hang just aft of the front wheels - NO, these are NOT tow hooks to extricate the car BUT they're excellent for tie-down points. for light towing (ie, pulling the car out of the driveway because battery is dead and you cant get booster car close enough) the stock tow hooks are ok. No, the OE bumper hooks won't break off if pulled sideways BUT they'll bend and repetitive stress WILL eventually break them off. Those hooks work fine when pulled in a "straight" direction but don't handle side loads well. Those hooks are designed to secure towing apparati to the vehicle and to extricate the vehicle. The bumper support hooks ARE used for towing but not in the method described by the OP. Also IIRC the owner's manual states that they are used for towing. Fast and Free Shipping Free Returns Cash on Delivery available on eligible purchase. but they are different from US to Europe (at least on small bumper), and they don't do that just because they feel like it, there must be a legal reason. People say they're not actually tow hooks. Big bumpers have an additional front hook on the driver's side. These are the same for Euro smalls and all big bumpers. The one front and rear hook are on the frame rails, welded to the body on the pass. There is one tow hook front and rear, and on big bumper cars there's an additional front hook. If someone swapped ina big bumper rebar and supports, there will be no hooks. Front tow eye may be mounted in the driver/GCR - 107 9. The required tow eyes must be strong enough to tow the car from a hazard such as a gravel trap. Mine actually rusted and broke off by hand so be careful with these. I didn't read the whole thread but for info on the stock Mk2 tow hooks: Let's face it, this game has a lot of AoE and high alpha potential. For any Summoner that makes use of Spectres, having to find them is a big nuisance and a continued problem. Flame Banners aren't too uncommon whereas Knitted Horrors or Stygian Revenants are Mewtwo rarity. To a certain degree, this depends on what kind of spectre you're using. Just to go over a few problems and proposed solutions. It would seem spectres haven't changed at all. (It was only a matter of time before I posted here.) Would get as close to just letting us log in and play the gmae as reasonable to ask. Removing the upper cap on spectre scaling so they always scale to zone, would not break the game in any way, and would be a massive QoL improvement for summoners who use spectres. I run life based summoners myself, with whatever es i get considered jsut a bonus, often switching to EB lategame, if i can break 5k HPĪnd you can't even claim GGG doesn't have the data for this, they must have that since it's possible to downscale spectres to any zone already in the game. Pretty safe builds, but that'sa encessity since it's tough to boost hp/ES high enough to really matter What exactly is the downside to this option?, no other build type in the gmae is as dependant on being able to locate specific monsters as a summoner is, no other build type in the game suffers from being forced to select their maps with such precision.Īrmy summoners aren't even the fastest clearers in the game, AW mgiht be up there, but regular zombie/spectre spam sure isn't, minion AI is simply too dumb for that to even be within the realm of possible. What would this accomplish: summoners who use spectres can go grab their spectre of choice in a regular zone where they know they appear, and get to playing right away instead of having to spend time and maps cycling through until a map finally has the monster they need (which is not always guaranteed) The simple solution to most specter summoner gripes would be to remove the upwards levle cap on spectres so they scale with you as you progress content. Similarly, for funds investing in the housing theme, the Nifty Housing Index would be the thematic benchmark that managers can use. Under thematic benchmarking, fund managers create customised benchmarks for the funds based on a specific theme or sector.įor instance, if the fund invests in the ESG (Energy, Social and Government) theme, the fund benchmark would be a thematic index like the Nifty 100 ESG Index. They typically serve as a benchmark for passively managed funds, helping investors who look for exposure to stocks with strong fundamental characteristics. They may also use elements like book value or revenue. Under fundamental benchmarking, market capitalisation is the main ‘fundamental’ criteria used when filtering stocks. Governments, central banks and economists use benchmarks to study the overall mood of the market/market segments/sectors and monitor trends.įundamental and thematic are two types of benchmark indices that differ in how they are constructed and what type of stocks they include. They can act as a reference point to evaluate the risk and return from a portfolio.Benchmark indices can help measure the overall performance of the stock market or a particular economic sector. Most managed funds have a standard benchmark against which they can be compared.A benchmark can help assess the performance of an asset, fund and or portfolio. The following are some reasons why benchmarks are important in investing: A benchmark error is not the same as a tracking error.A fund is considered to have underperformed if the returns are lower than its benchmark and vice versa. They are also useful for detecting trends and market moods.

That woman, Marilyn Hueper, was on the grounds of the Capitol on Jan. Online sleuths identified the pair after the FBI raided the Alaska home of a woman it mistakenly thought was Mooney-Rondon. The government had sought 51 months in prison for Rafael Rondon and 46 months in prison for Maryann Mooney-Rondon. She was she was “scared” and went along with the laptop theft because it was the “easiest thing to do.” 6 photos and videos had been “cherry-picked” and suggesting that the man who stole Pelosi’s laptop was part of a broader scheme and that he was working with others who were similarly dressed. “If we had to do it all over, we would have just stayed home and watched from the safety of our living room,” she continued.īut when she finished her prepared statement and the judge asked her to explain what she was thinking when she decided to aid in the theft of Pelosi’s laptop, Mooney-Rondon pivoted, saying she thought Jan. “I have brought embarrassment to my family.” “I was the adult in the room, and I failed,” she said. USDCDCĪhead of her sentencing Wednesday, Mooney-Rondon called herself “a humbled woman” and asked the court for mercy. Maryann Mooney-Rondon and Rafael Rondon in Nancy Pelosi's office at the Capitol on Jan. How the heck that happened, I really don’t have a clue," she said. "I’m a very - generally - measured, calculated person. Mooney-Rondon said she had “a very bad lapse of judgment" on Jan. The man who took the laptop has not been arrested. The scene was captured in one of the many videos fellow rioters recorded on their smartphones. Mooney-Rondon, who owns a medical billing company, admitted that she helped a man who took the laptop, giving him gloves so he would not leave fingerprints behind. "I assisted him a little bit," Rafael Rondon said, "and that was probably stupid of me." He later told the FBI that he wished he had taken a photo of a rioter on the Senate dais, because "that s- was f-ing hilarious."īefore his sentencing, Rafael Rondon said that he would “never” engage in that type of behavior and that he was acting very immaturely. Rafael Rondon was previously sentenced to 14 months of incarceration after he pleaded guilty in federal court in New York to possession of an unregistered firearm after the FBI found an unregistered sawed-off shotgun when it searched the Rondons' home. “No offense.” She said she was giving them a “significant break.” Maryann Mooney-Rondon, left, and Rafael Rondon. “I just think that they were acting very stupidly,” Cobb said. “I’m not suggesting that you two are stupid or idiots,” she said, but she said they engaged in “juvenile” behavior. Both will be on probation for five years.Ĭobb said that it was a “difficult” case and that neither of the defendants were criminal masterminds. She described the sentence as “jail but at home” and said they would be confined to home 24/7. District Judge Jia Cobb sentenced Rondon to 18 months of home incarceration and Mooney-Rondon to 12 months of home incarceration. Before their identification, online sleuths had dubbed the pair “AirheadLady” and “AirheadBoy” because they emerged from the Capitol wearing stolen emergency escape hoods, which the duo subsequently admitted stealing.
